How does the blocking actually work?+
ScreenDetox uses Apple's Screen Time framework to shield the apps you choose during a focus session or schedule. It runs on-device.
What is the Court Martial?+
When you try to open a blocked app, you can plead your case. The AI Sergeant reviews your excuse and grants or denies a timed pass — in character. It's the heart of Sergeant Mode.
